On a System of Equations with General Fractional Derivatives Arising in Diffusion Theory

چکیده

A novel two-compartment model for drug release was formulated. The general fractional derivatives of a specific type and distributed order were used in the formulation. Earlier models pharmacokinetics with follow as special cases proposed here. As first application, we this to study gentamicin from poly(vinyl alcohol)/chitosan/gentamicin (PVA/CHI/Gent) hydrogel aimed at wound dressing medical treatment deep chronic wounds. second studied antibacterial biodynamic hydroxyapatite/poly(vinyl alcohol) /chitosan/gentamicin (HAP/PVA/CS/Gent) coating on titanium substrate bone tissue implants, which enables delivery directly infection site. In both cases. good agreement is obtained between measured data calculated form here results an additional parameter compartmental This, consequence, leads better approximation experimental only slightly more complicated numerical procedure obtaining solution.
